For Fantasy Pins:

When will my pin ship?

Presale pins will take about 1-4 months to ship. There is really no expected date so please keep this in mind when placing a preorder! 

In hand sale pins will ship by next business day! 
 

*In Hand Sales And Preorders that are Combined In One Order Will Ship Once the Preorder Pin Arrives! If you’d like them to ship separately please email or message me on instagram! 

Will there be a pin group?

Yes! Please message me if you were not able to join when the link was created to be added! 

What does the process of preordering look like? 

Once a pre-order is placed please wait for the link to be created to join the pin group chat, which will be available to join via instagram story! In the group chats you will be informed about all updates when there sent over to me from my manufacturer. Before they hit my story or anywhere else all progress updates will be posted in the group!
First step of the process is art work confirmation, once confirmed, the molds for each pin will be proceeded to be made. 
Next step would be the coloring of each enamels for each pin! These may look a little rough at first but once then electroplating occurs the colors will pop!
After this procedure plating, screen/uv printing will take place! Once all is checked off quality check to make sure we have the right count, and minimum flaws are noticeable will occur before being shipped off to me!

I do my best to inspect each and every pin before being sent out to make sure there perfect! Please keep in mind that these are all handmade and there may be small flaws on each pin! 

There are no refund/exchanges once an order is placed! If any problems please reach out to me via email or message on instagram! 

For Park Pick Ups:

Can I request a pickup?

I no longer accept any upcoming requests for any releases! If you need a custom pickup for OEs please message me on Instagram! OEs are retail plus tax!

Are all items in your shop on hand?

No not all items are on hand. Most items will be picked up the next day. I do my best to keep on top of what is ready and available in the parks to avoid cancellations!

When will my order ship? Do You offer local drop off?

Most items I try to ship same or next business day! If an order is placed Monday for a pickup it will ship Wednesday due to being in the parks all day for pin Tuesdays!

What happens if my order is marked as delivered and not here? 

I recommend getting in touch with your local post office! No refunds/ exchanges once pins have left my hand and are in possession of the mail carrier!
